“UPDATE: The Responsible Distribution Code V Course will be retired on Aug 15, 2023. Those currently enrolled can still launch and complete the course through the end of Aug 2023. This course is being replaced with the new Responsible Distribution 2023 – Code V: Job Procedures and Training course."
Code V: Job Procedures and Training will help you understand what your company needs to do to meet and satisfy the requirements for Code V of the Responsible Distribution’s Code of Management Practice. Upon completion of the course, you will better understand what the difference is between a program, policy, and procedure; how the training matrix can serve as the foundation for Code V; how to determine which programs, policies, and procedures should be developed and implemented; how the site trains personnel and contractors in the skills and practices needed to perform their jobs; why certain external influences need to be addressed, particularly for personnel in safety-critical positions; and why training of job-specific responsibilities is important in ensuring safe job performance.
